TEICHMAX Phase 1 - Water Recovery for Pond Cleaning Minimizes Water Loss
Following extensive improvements, our water recovery machine TEICHMAX Phase 1 is back in our product range - more reliable and more powerful than ever.
The TEICHMAX Phase 1 is used in combination with a Rössle AG sludge vacuum cleaner and enables the efficient recovery of water extracted during pond cleaning. Thanks to the highly durable stainless steel filter mesh in the drum filter, coarse materials contained in the water, such as debris, sand, or sludge, are reliably filtered out - resulting in clean, recovered water with minimal water loss.
A practical Gardena connection supplies the filter unit with adjustable fresh water. The drum filter is automatically cleaned via integrated spray nozzles, significantly reducing maintenance effort.
In addition to its technical improvements, the new TEICHMAX Phase 1 also features a new impact-resistant, lightweight plastic construction as well as an all-terrain undercarriage with solid rubber tires and two parking brakes - for maximum mobility and stability, even on uneven ground.
With the TEICHMAX Phase 1, you can reduce water loss during pond cleaning to a minimum, conserving valuable resources.

Fine Filter Bag for Fango 2000, Torpedo and Torpedo Ultra Sludge Vacuum Cleaners - Filter Water Instead of Losing It The fine filter bag allows filtered water to be returned during pond cleaning, without causing significant water loss in the pond. This keeps your pond's natural water level intact even after cleaning. The fine filter bag is simply placed at the pond's edge or in the shallow-water/planting zone and connected to the outlet hose of the pond sludge vacuum cleaner. The extracted water is pumped directly into the fine filter bag, where it is filtered to 150 μ. Dirt particles, sludge, and biomass collect on the inside wall of the filter bag, while the filtered water flows back into the pond. The practical, newly integrated zipper makes emptying the filter bag during cleaning quick and easy. Fine-filtering the pond water plays an important role in preventing algae growth: since less water is lost during extraction, less nutrient-rich top-up water needs to be added. This top-up water often contains phosphate and nitrate, which unintentionally supply algae with nutrients and promote their growth. At the same time, fine filtration removes biomass from the water cycle that would otherwise release additional nutrients as it decomposes - a real benefit for water quality and clear pond water. Installed between the suction hose and the sludge vacuum cleaner, the pre-separator noticeably protects the sludge vacuum cleaners TORPEDO and TORPEDO ULTRA and effectively prevents potential clogging. This keeps the sludge vacuum cleaners performing reliably and extends their lifespan, even under heavy contamination. Pre-Separator ULTRA - Effective Protection for Your Sludge Vacuum Cleaner During pond cleaning with a sludge vacuum cleaner, stones, leaves, branches, and algae can sometimes be sucked in and get lodged in the pump. Especially for ponds with a gravel bottom and heavy biomass input, we therefore recommend using a pre-separator that reliably filters out this extracted debris and significantly reduces wear on the sludge vacuum cleaner. The Pre-Separator ULTRA, specially designed for Rössle AG's sludge vacuum cleaners, can be used in three flexible configurations: the sponge filter reliably filters out fine dirt, while the perforated grid insert specifically holds back small branches or filamentous algae. Used without any additional insert, the pre-separator relies purely on gravity filtration - ideal for stones and leaves, for example. To make transporting the Pre-Separator ULTRA even easier, we recommend using the optional undercarriage (SZ107).
